Geralt's Violent Fresh Journey Disclosed in Blood Stone: A Witcher Tale Exclusive Preview

Fans of Geralt's world have an abundance to anticipate: a new season is coming soon, Ciri will star in her own game title, and now, Geralt's adventures are continuing in a fresh comic book miniseries.

The Story Blood Stone Brings

Called The Witcher: Blood Stone, the comic traces Geralt as he learns that age-old mining tunnels are attracting the focus of fortune seekers. Local legend speaks of a demonic entity that's killing these hunters, however one issue remains: no traces of violence exists.

Having few options, Geralt investigates the region. Regrettably, the peaks and the excavations are hazardous, and as Geralt discovers, at times it's safer to leave what lies undisturbed.

Creative Team Blood Stone

This short comic run comes from Daniel Freedman, with letters by a talented letterer, coloring by a skilled colorist, and visuals by a gifted illustrator. The series features cover art created by several designers.

I am thrilled to imprint an impact on the iconic Geralt's realm, the writer remarked. Geralt and I possess similar sensibilities, and having the chance to craft a gritty narrative about the true monster within people remains an opportunity I cherish.

A creative lead noted: The author created one of the best gritty fantasy graphic novels to date, collaborating with him to develop his own story in the world of this universe was an ideal fit.

The debut installment from this limited miniseries, The Witcher's New Quest, arrives in stores on Jan. 28, 2026 costing $4.99.
